Ask Your Questions

What you will walk out with

Not frameworks. Four things you can use in your next business review.

Read a P&L like an HRBP-
Where people decisions actually hit revenue, cost and margin, and where they only appear to.

Know what moves and what does not-
Separate the line items HR can shift in two quarters from the ones that are structurally fixed.

Price a people lever-
Attrition, time to productivity, incentive design, coverage. Cost, expected benefit, execution risk. A number you can put in front of a CFO.

Challenge a target in financial language-
Push back on a business assumption without spending your credibility to do it.

How the Session runs

You are not watching a session. You are working one.

Live, three hours, virtual.

No recording-and-catch-up. You are in the room or you are not.

Facilitated by a practitioner.

Someone who has run commercial P&Ls and made these calls, who can tell you where your plan breaks and why.

Worked in breakouts.

You build the plan with other HRBPs, present it, and defend it.

Cohort standard, not guest standard.

This is a live session of our flagship program. The participants beside you are months into a four-month journey. Nothing is abridged for visitors.

About The Strategic HR Business Partner Program

It's shaped by active CHROs and senior people leaders, including Krish Shankar, Raj Raghavan, Yuvaraj Srivastava, Sameer Wadhawan, Bhavna Batra, and others.

This CEO Dialogue closes Cohort 7 — and opens the next. Cohort 8 begins on July 25, 2026, and nominations are now open.
